I have been to this campus for almost a year now, time flies so quickly I barely even noticed before it is gone. Thinking back to the freshman year, when I first walked into the campus. Back then each one of us was so ignorant, so simple, now we are much more mature and confident. The only thing that didn't change was the warmth I felt that belonged to this campus.
During our school year, we strive to participate in all activities in an effort to demonstrate our talent and show our youthfulness. Maybe this is what youth is all about. We do not care how much sweat were left in the game, nor how tragic the end result might be, all we care about is this time when we worked hard and fought together.
The moment when you walked into the campus, you will suddenly feel that you were chosen to be here. The campus recognized your talent and you have to live up to her expectations.

Next, when receiving a gift, we usually say “It’s unnecassary” besides “Thanks”to show politeness and then put it away. Finally, at dinner parties, we talk loudly and touch glasses when drinking to someone’s health or success to show that we’re warm.

Some people think that we need the English oral test.According to their points of view,they think that the oral English,or the spoken English is the final purpose of the English language study.Why should we learn English language?Because we want to communicate with the other people,especially with foreigners.And they regard the English language as a bridge to the different cultures.Meanwhile,some people think is is unnecessary for us to have the English interview.They think it is a burden for the students. And the English interview will increase the difficulty of the language learning.Personally I think,it is certainly necessary for students to practise their oral English,only because,after graduation from the colleges,we will work in a foreign company,or work with foreign people,or some of us will go abroad to get higher education.Therefore,we need the English interview so that we can really learn it well and master it.
In China, every school places great emphasis on English, however, the conversational skills of students are not very satisfactory, we have many students who posses good knowledge of English writing, however least ability in English communications, which we call as 'mute English learners'.
Why does this happen? One of the root cause is that the students fear to be laughed at when they speak in English, they're afraid of their incorrect pronouncation, the improper words they may use, and the mistakes of tenses in English. The another key factor is language environment, most of the people speaks Mandrins and dialects, so the students have very little opportunites to practice their oral Enlish,
The solution is very simple: 1/ dare to say, speak more: it doesn't matter what kind of English you speak, the most important thing is if you're reluctant to open your mouth and say something, you'll have no chance to practice and no way to find out if you speak correct Enlish; 2/ orgnise the English club in school in order to make the English speaking opportunities and environment as much as possible.
English is important nowadays, the oral English is the core of the communication in Enligh, so say goodbye to 'mute English learners' and you'll find the most interesting part in your English study.
