Under certain load conditions, there is an optimum value of dissolved oxygen. Under the best culture conditions, this kind of strain has a better efficiency in removal elemental sulfur. The experimental results have great significance and practical application values for the methods of the biological treatment of the improvement of saline-alkali soil.
