有许多表达方式，中国人和美国人完全不一样，所以有些中文式的句子美国人看不懂，他们在猜和捉摸。所以尽量按美国人思维方式和语言习惯来写。

我们在HWSWHI02中购买了30只33256（AU160A (W)），目前发现了两个问题，请你给予解答，谢谢！

①． 你在上一封邮件中提到每一只33256需要配备4套connect，但是在这个批次我只找到60只connect，请确认你们的实际发货数量并提供清单，如果确实漏发了60只，请补发！
②． 这个问题是Honeywell提出的，他们拿出之前在法国采购的同款产品和这批对比，发现在Model No的标注上有一些区别，具体请参考下图，黑色字体的是之前法国采购的，请给予解释。

回答： We bought 30pcs. of 33256(AU160A“W") from HWSWHI02, and found the 2 problems as stated below.　Would you please give us your kind explaination:

1) You mentioned in your last mail that 4sets of connect should be fitted out with each 33256, but we just found 60pcs. of connect in this lot of shipment. Please reconfirm the actual quantities shipped, and provide to us a detailed list. Please send to us the omitted 60pcs. for short shipment.
2) This problem was submitted by Honeywell, he had compared this lot with the one purchased from Franc before, and found somewhat different in the Model No.. Details, please refer to the picture below. The one with black wording was purchased from France before. Please also give us your kind explaination.

I am sorry to let you know that due a new order we just received recently, we have to cancel the purchase contract we made last time and use the new purchase contract included in this email. Please resend to us information with regard to the receipt type, size of the package (width by length). I apologize again for any inconveniences this may have brought to you.

We expect that the payment will be made on Jan. 2, 2014.
