My life has changed a lot in the past three years.When I was in Grade 7,I was a short and shy girl with long hair.I often listen to music at home.But now I like to make friends and take part in all kinds of activities.I prefer running with my classmates.So I'm becoming much healthier than before.Not only my parents but also my teachers are satisfied with me.
With the developement of the tecknoledge, internet has become an important part of our life. We use the internet to study, talk with our friends, download imformation, watch movies and so on. It makes our life and work interesting, colorful and convenient. But if we spend too much time on the internet, it can do harm to our health. Sometimes some people use th internet to cheat. I think if we use the internet properly and we don't spend too much time on it, it will be good to us.The Internet can help us lto study.It can also help us to do many things,such as play games,chat with our parents ,friends and so on.
But it may make us play games every day,because we are young,so we are easy to get into the habit of playing games.
to put the Internet to good use ,I think we shoud make a plan,such as we just play two hours of games.
As we know,the Internet benefit us a lot.For explom,we can play computer game in our spare time .Also ,we can surf some information in the Internet and know what happens in our daily life withdown going outside.And noweday,it's so popular that everyone chats with their freids with QQ.They share their happiness and sadness torgether.On the other hand,Internet has its disadvantages.Peapie is uauslly cheated in the Internet .And some young are mad abaut game.It hunt not only study but health.
So,we should put the Internet to good use .Such as don't expose our real information to the stanger .We should limit our time when we play the game.
The Internet can help us learn more about the world and chat with our friends.But many children play games on the Internet.So they do not have time to study.we should have a good habit . we cannot play too many games on the internet.
