以下是我的翻译，水平不高，仅供参考：
摘要。如果到2030年海平面开始上升，且100年之后，海
平面的高度比现在高出5米，荷兰将会面临什么样的处境
呢？根据社会科学，经济，土木工程，土地规划领域专家
