英语作文email的好处与坏处
With e-mail we can do a lot of our job without going out,such as sending a letter, handing in your paper, leaving a message and so forth. It has bring us great convenience and benefit, just stay at home we can learn English from the materials our teachers send to us by e-mail. It has help me a lot in learning English, each day I remember 5 words and I will try to use it in my daily life. It really do me a good favor. The same goes the stock mocket, some one may make use of it to keep close contact with it. It has been widely used in distant education.
However problems also come together with it, some guys just stay at home so their relationships with their friends haven't advanced a lot. According to a survey carried out by the scientist recently they have spend to much time in the online chat, and no doubt the time they spend in talking with the family member has cut down. It has enlarged the generation gap. Some also worry their lifestyle may change, as well as their temper.
In a word the e-mail has problem but together with benefits!
I like to communicate with my friend with email. Because of its shortcut and convenience which gives us the advantage, we can know what each of us is doing and thinking about at the stage of being. Through email, we are able to go shares of happiness and sadness in time. If one of us comes upon trouble or difficulty, the others will help him as soon as they have learned the news from him or from a friend who has know it ahead of them. Did we use a letter delivered by post, even if a express delivery, the news would come to us some days later, when the friend would not be able to extricated himself out of it.
On the other hand, email sometimes can put us at a disadvantage. Someone says that email has been the worst development in the way in which we communicate. Firstly, the speed of it has added unnecessary stress in the workplace; besides, the junk mail one receives clogs up our computer; moreover, people have lost the art of writing. Indeed, all of the above are its shortcoming. However, only do we pay more attention to them, we can overcome these disadvantage. First of all, one should deliver his business email when everything has been well prepared. Secondly, we should ignore the emails that we need not to open them to keep our computer from clogging. And although a computer is a useful tool for working and studying, we should often practice our handwriting, because it is our traditional way to study.

Through keyboard input, you can write quickly, edit and save.
1、通过键盘输入，可以快速书写，也可以编辑和储存。
Achieve paperless, save paper and achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
2、实现无纸化，节约纸张，达到环保的目的。
Click the mouse, you can distribute information to one or even thousands of people.
3、点击鼠标，就可以把信息分发到一个甚至上千个人。
You can also receive the mail when the recipient is away, and read it at a convenient time.
4、接受方不在的时候也可以接受邮件，在方便的时候再阅读。
To sum up the above reasons, I think the advantages of email outweigh the disadvantages.
综合以上几个原因，我认为email是利大于弊的。

The advantages of E-mail are mainly as follows：it is faster than normal mail；it is safer and more reliable than normal mail；it can be accessed at any time, when an E-mail message is received, it can be opened and read at any time and anywhere on a computer that has internet access；E-mail messages can be sent to many recipients worldwide at once；E-mail is cheaper for persons and organisations that send e-mail to many recipients as this results in savings in stationery costs and postage.
电子邮件的优点主要如下：比其他信件更快；比其他信件更安全、更可靠；随时可以收发，当邮件信息收到时，在联网的计算机上随时随地都可以打开看邮件内容；电子邮件的内容可以一次性地发给世界各地的许多收件人；对于要向许多收件人传递信息的个人和组织而言，电子邮件更经济实惠（即更便宜），节约文具及邮寄成本。
The disadvantages of E-mail mainly consist of the following aspects：persons must have access to the internet to send and receive e-mail; too many messages (usually spam) can be sent to a user creating a mail overflow; E-mail is a source for computers to become infected by viruses; users cannot send tangible items such as parcels by e-mail.
电子邮件的缺点则主要包括如下几个方面：人们只有先联网才能传收邮件；太多信息（通常指垃圾邮件）被传给用户，致使邮件泛滥；电子邮件是计算机感染病毒的源头之一；用户不能以电子邮件的方式寄送有形物品，例如包裹。
