总的来说，中国学生无时无刻都在学习，学一些语言类的东西，那些参加体育锻炼（打球之类的）、参加艺术培训（报考美术、音乐之类的人）等等都是很少的。西方学校刚好相反，学生自主掌握的时间很多，学业虽然有，但没中国那么重，都是学一些生活中用的到的东西，而且动手的偏多，不像中国全部都是理论知识。
