根据李先生和我的协商,现提议于2012年1月1日上午10点、在广州办公室召开“关于发展AA与AB领域业务”的专题项目会议,主要议程有两项:

1, Listen to the dedicated work report of Mr. Lee(Subject:Combine the traditional business structure and develop the new business increasing points )
2, About the risk estimation and feasibility analysis of the subjects which belong to the joint venture company with Guangzhou AA corporation.

Generally speaking,the vast majority of our suppliers provide free samples.And of course,we don`t mind paying for some special and unique product samples,but which requires taking an internal process and costing about 1 to 2 weeks.

关于M的设计,其实我的观点和你一致,而且我也很明白最后的这个版本(S)对方只是在敷衍我们,毕竟前一个版本的画图设计对方用了差不多一星期,而这次只用了3小时,在不确定因素太多的情况下,供应商不愿意投入很多资源进行初期的配合这也是很正常的事;关于模具及产品单价的成本控制、以及我们先期投入资金总额的控制方面,我已经完全明白你的意思,后期任何新的项目我也将遵循同等规模的资金尺度酌情与供应商沟通;
Concerning M's design, I am on the same page with you that the latest version S isn't a result of deliberate thinking, taking into consideration that the first draft cost them up to a week, and this one 3 hours. With so many uncertain factors in the way, it is understandable that the suppliers are unwilling to put in much resource of the intial cooperation. As for the cost control of the model as well as the product unit, and the amount of investment at the initial stage, I am fully aware of your intentions and would abide by the same rules and investment amount during negotiations with suppliers for later projects.

At this moment, however, if I reply to M with a direct statement as "We are not satisfied with your design, please do it again", I am sure they would stop supporting us right away. I am just wondering whether it is only a tactic to get the sample that you mentioned to M at the kick-off meeting of mailing the sample to Switzerland for the exterior design. But we need to provide some constructive suggestions in writing or a draft of the exterior design so that the suppliers would be attracted to cooperate further. I would keep talking to M about the design, asking them to modify it in accordance with our agreed demonstration, but frankly I doubt whether they are willing to keep the dialogue with me. I agree with you on the design of M,and I clear that the last edition (S)is perfunctory by the opponent.They spend about a week to design the drawing of a edition ,but they just used 3 hours this time.Under the conditions with many uncertain factors, it's very normal that the suppliers are unwilling to put in more resourse to coordinate with us in the beginning.I have completely understanded you in the aspects of mould and the control of unit price of the products as well as Total Investments in the early days.I'll follow the ....

about the design of m,i actually hold the same attitude with you ,and i know that the new version(S)is just a perfunctory mess ,for they spent a whole week on the last design but only 3 hours on the new one。though it's common that the suppliers are not willing to put in much resources before everthing is clear.

i've totally understood your opinion towards moulds、price and the capital investment which we've put in .and we will certainly follow your mind to finish every project that shall be complete in later period .

but now,if i just reply m with a simple“your design is not what we want actually.”no doult that m would no longer support us any more,i must know if it's just a negotiation strategy to get the samples that you asked m to sent it to Switzerland to do the appearance design.

but i strongly suggest that we refine a few specific improvements and make it in writting , or provide any sketches of the sample so that M would be attracted and continue to work with us.

any way i'll keep trying to contact with m but i 'm not sure whether he is interested .and no matter what the result is, i will keep you informed all the time.
