说degree都一样，也不是没有道理的；

度数；量度
an angle of ninety degrees 90度的角
The temperature today is two degrees hotter than yesterday.
今天气温比昨天高2度。

但如果要完整表达摄氏度，就是degree centigrade；
因为国外也多用华氏温度来计温，所以与之区别：
Water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit (32°F).

说纬度，经度的话，还是要带上latitude..
Our position is latitude 40 degrees north.
我们的位置是北纬40度。

45摄氏度 - Forty-five degress Celsius或者Forty-five degress Centigrade.
