Body language plays an important role in communicate,it does good to express our feeeling and be helpful to a better communication.We also can get some information through others body language,which makes it easier for us to understand what they want to say and contribute to infer what they said is true or not.For example,if one is telling something and avoid eye contact,it may be telling a lie.Smile on face means he or she is happy,with hands knocking head tells they are regreting very much.
However,body language may not have the same sense in different culture,some even have an opposite meaning,it is a normal behavior to touch kids' head in our country,but if you do the same thing in some of the western,it means offending.So,a wrong body language would lead to misunderstand.It is recomended to know some of the one's culture,then body language assists to convey us and catch others.
