美式电子邮件地址格式是什么?~

电子邮件的格式全球一样如username@vmware.com前面是名字,后面是域名

1、一般用的是缩进式和齐头式。缩进式是算是传统的英式结构。称呼顶格,每段第一行向里缩进4-8个字符。落款在中间偏右。齐头式是美式结构,一般商务英语,电子邮件都会用到。称呼,段落,落款都顶格,段与段间空一行。
2、结构包括信头(寄信者地址和寄信日期),收信人地址,称呼,正文,结束语,签名。有时还有附言,附件等。
3、称呼 一般都是Dear+人名,关系亲密的话就直接"Dear+人名(Dear Jason,) "。关系不很亲密的话就要用"Dear+姓(Dear Mr. Smith,)"。女性不知道是否结婚的时候就用"Ms."。
4、正文 一般是三段式的
(1)说明为什么写信。写给不认识的人要加上自我介绍。回信的话要提下收到上封信的时间,和上封信的内容。
(2)最主要的部分。展开问题,讨论重要内容。
(3)结尾。客套下: I am looking forward to your reply.
5、结束语
公务信件的话,一般可以用:Yours faithfully, Yours trully,,Yours respectfully, Yours gratefully, Yours cordially。 如果是公务的正式信件中,给团体或者不知名的人写信,还可以用:Trully yours, Faithfully yours。

其实是无所谓的,如果只是一般发信的话

就可以了,如果稍微正式点的话,给你一封样式好了(美国人发,而且是修辞学,格式肯定没有问题,只不过,那个人落款太多了点,无视就好了。。。)

Good Morning All-

I hope this email finds you in good spirits. Pardon the tardy nature of this email This afternoon from 3-5pm I will hold office hours for anyone who has final questions concerning Essay #3 or any other aspect of the course. During this time I will also be on AIM and Yahoo Messenger. If, for some reason, this time frame does not work for you please let me know so that we may set up a mutual time.

Beyond that, many of you have yet to complete the student evaluation and I do not want to deprive you of that right. As such, please make time to come out my office (Room 33 in English Building) and complete the evaluation. They will be outside the office beginning today at 3pm until Next Tuesday at 10am. It does not take that long! (Be sure to bring a #2 pencil) Please attempt to stop by and fill out the evaluation. As always, if you have any questions, comments and/or concerns please raise them.
